Google Hangouts is one of the most popular services of Communication Google Apps. It allows you to communicate immediately with other people through video chat and voice calls, regardless of the device they use.

All you need is an internet connection and a web browser. The meetings you have can be recorded to share later with other participants or to keep as a video archive. 

If you want to bridge calls with other tools like Skype or GoToMeeting, you can do so via Google Hangouts Meetings.

Google Apps also includes Gmail, one of the most popular email services on the internet. With it, you can send emails from anywhere using any device (like a laptop or smartphone). 

Your emails can be read with any computer or smartphone connected to the Internet without having to install additional software. You can also create groups for business collaborations and easily manage tasks together between team members.

What Is Google Calendar?

Google Calendar is another service that comes as part of the Communication Google Apps suite. It offers an effective way to manage your scheduling in real-time within your company.

Especially between different teams who work on projects together. You can invite people to events directly from Gmail and they will receive an email invitation automatically generated.

It is by Calendar that includes all details about the event including the time and place. And also the travel distance if it is not at the same location.

You can also invite people via a link that they just need to click on to enter the event page. The calendar also allows you to share your calendar with others, regardless of whether they use Google Apps or not. 

All you have to do is share your calendar with them so that it can be synchronized with their device. Google Calendar is also integrated with other Google services like Google Hangouts and Gmail.
